Is there an installation fee?

Sometimes. This depends on who last used the services, how recently the services were used and whether it was ADSL or VDSL. In some cases a technician may be required to physically reconnect the services (if they were disconnected) and/or upgrade them from ADSL to VDSL if you are upgrading.
