What modem can I use for VOIP?

Our Unlimited router can be ordered on this page.

A lot of modems do support VOIP these days but you would want to make sure it has an ATA (telephone port) to plug the phone into.

Most modems from ISPs are locked to their VOIP service and will not work with us. Some examples are Vodafone’s HG659, Spark’s HG659 and HG630B and Orcon’s Genius modem. If you are unsure if your modem supports VOIP please do check with our helpdesk.
