How do I set up my modem?

When you sign up with us, we’ll send you the username and password you need for your modem with your confirmation email.

Most modern modems are really easy to set up, and many even have apps available for one step setup. Others generally have an address which you type into a web browser, and from there it’s just a matter of following the setup wizard.

If you have a third-party modem, do let us know and we will do our best to provide you with a step-by-step guide.
